Terms & Conditions of Hire

These Terms and Conditions are in addition to your normal rights as a consumer.

  1. We undertake to provide a Driver and Suitable Coach to complete the work in a legally compliant manner. Unless you agree a specific route, then all journeys are planned by us taking into consideration road, traffic and weather conditions on the day. Stops along the route are also considered if requested or necessary to comply with Driver’s Rest Periods. The timing of all journeys is carefully considered and must be discussed at the time of your booking. Once your booking is accepted, you must adhere to the times requested in your agreement.             We will only allow 15 minutes grace after the pickup times before your vehicle will depart.
  2. We do not accept liability for delays outside of our control, so if your arrival time is critical you should consider taking out your own travel insurance.
  3. We may be late arriving at your collection point due to circumstances beyond our control, however if we are late by over 60 minutes or we cannot replace our coach within 3hrs, we will consider a refund.
  4. We retain the right to provide a larger coach at no extra cost if there are operational reasons requiring us to do so, however there will be extra costs if your group is larger than originally booked.
  5. We will take every care with passengers luggage and belongings, but we do not accept responsibility for, nor do we insure, any loss or damage caused whilst on our vehicles. Any items found on vehicles after the booking will be held at our office as Lost Property.
  6. Customer Behaviour – All our vehicles are No Smoking in accordance with the Law (imitation cigarettes are also banned). The drinking of alcohol is not allowed unless specifically agreed at the time of booking and remains at the driver’s discretion during the journey. The Driver may also refuse to allow a passenger to travel if they are considered as unfit and likely to put the safety of the vehicle and other passengers at risk. We will provide a clean vehicle for your journey and would ask that you take your litter home with you – if we have to specialist clean the vehicle before it’s next journey then you will be charged the extra costs involved if that is due to your conduct.
  7. Payment – No booking is confirmed until you have paid a deposit and/or full cost (regular customer payments by Invoice). Payment details will be agreed at the time of booking and are flexible if required. It is a condition of our insurance that payment must be made before the journey commences – your fee normally includes all expected costs (e.g. toll fees or airport parking) but we reserve the right to charge for any extra unplanned costs that occur. CANCELLATION OF BOOKING – 100% refund of booking costs over 48hrs before first pickup time, 50% over 24hrs, no refund if less than 24hrs notice. CANCELLATION MUST BE IN WRITING VIA EMAIL or TEXT
